Security and Assets Consolidation
Scope of Work:
Vigil Enterprises, Inc. provided Design and Construction Support Services for this multi-discipline design to remodel two technical areas including the 1st and 2nd floor to create a Main Service Center and remodel of the 1st floor of another site to also create a Media Center. This design incorporated creation of VTRs to house service center personnel and classified matter. The design included a new elevator.
- Complied with LANL Security mandate to provide a fully functional and certified Main Service Center
- Provided two classified machine rooms, one of which will serve as a partial backup facility
- Provided certified media centers at various locations at LANL
- Provide design support to incorporate LANL provided NIE-1 Telecommunications and SAFE-3 administrative access control and security system designs into the final package
